Booking Questions
Once we receive these change/modification requests we will review and process them immediately based on our cancellation policy. Please let us know of any changes as soon as possible to avoid any inconveniences.
Reservations made through Airbnb will need to be modified/changed using your Airbnb App or online through Airbnb.
Reservations made through Vrbo will need to be modified/changed using your Vrbo App or online through Vrbo.
Reservations made directly through us can be changed/modified by contacting us directly here.

Reservations made through Airbnb will need to be cancelled using your Airbnb App or online through Airbnb.
Reservations made through Vrbo will need to be cancelled using your Vrbo App or online through Vrbo.

The cancellation policy is generally the same for Airbnb, Vrbo and direct reservations.
The cancellation policy varies by platform. Please contact us regarding cancellation related questions.
Reservations made “Direct” can be cancelled for a refund up to 48 hours after reservation is made. 50% refund up to 30 days after reservation is made. There is no refund 30+ days after reservation is made. We also offer Reservation Insurance.
Please contact us with any questions or concerns in the event you need to cancel your reservation.
Reservation status made through Airbnb can be viewed using your Airbnb App or online through Airbnb.
Reservations status through Vrbo can be viewed using your Vrbo App or online through Vrbo.
Direct reservations will receive automated notifications regarding your upcoming reservation as well as check-in instructions and additional information.

Reservation made through Airbnb can be viewed using your Airbnb App or online through Airbnb.
Reservations made through Vrbo can be viewed using your Vrbo App or online through Vrbo.
Direct reservations will receive automated notifications regarding your upcoming reservation as well as check-in instructions and additional information. You should have received an email confirming your reservation through Smartbnb/Hospitable. You can contact us for any information or details regarding your reservation.
Airbnb – Charged immediately to reserve the dates selected.
VRBO – Charged immediately to reserve the dates selected.
Direct Booking – Charged immediately to reserve the dates selected.
When booking directly if the invoice/payment isn’t received within 7 days of received invoice then we will unblock the selected dates for other reservations. Please submit payment or reach out to us directly to make sure your dates are reserved for you.
Airbnb – Reservations through Airbnb are subject to additional fees that Airbnb imposes. Besides the Airbnb fees, the other fees include the following:
- Nightly Rate
- Cleaning Fee
- Pet Fee (if applicable)
- Security Deposit
- Airbnb Fee (15-20%)
VRBO – Reservations through VRBO are subject to additional fees that VRBO imposes. Besides the Airbnb fees, the other fees include the following:
- Nightly Rate
- Cleaning Fee
- Pet Fee (if applicable)
- Security Deposit
- VRBO Fee (15-20%)
Reserve Direct – Direct Reservations are subject to the following:
- Nightly Rate
- Cleaning Fee
- Pet Fee (if applicable)
- Security Deposit
- No Airbnb/VRBO Fee’s (15-20%)
